Chance The Rapper Receives “Outstanding Youth Of The Year” Award

Chance The Rapper is all about uplifting the city of Chicago, and helping the youth.  Chance has helped with campaigns such as #SaveChicago that helped the city to go 42 hours without a gun-related homicide.This past weekend, Chacne was recognized by Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who presented him with the “Outstanding Youth Of The Year” award for his “outstanding contributions to the youth of the State of Illinois.” Chance was
