JEREMY SCOTT ADIDAS - Shackle Sneakers Least of Your Worries !
This morning I woke up to articles of outrage against the Jeremy Scott/Adidas sneaker pictured above. Being familiar with the Jeremy Scott collection I know wild and crazy designs are to be expected. Many people refuse to see these as just another wild design from the mind of Jeremy Scott however; these same people have no idea who Jeremy Scott is and what the norm from him is.
A week or two ago I posted the fall/winter Adidas collection from Jeremy Scott . And I wrote "There are a few pair I wouldn't mind rocking myself minus the shackles that is." And I said so because the first thing I thought was JAIL even-though I understand the Jeremy Scott way of doing things. I didn't feel shackles were something I wanted in my wardrobe,and that was that. In my opinion people spend way too much time being offended ! A pair of shoes will not send black people or any other race that was enslaved back into slavery. Jeremy Scott nor Adidas marketed this shoe or forced this shoe onto any 1 race of people. I understand both sides . I also think one side should be offended by a whole lot more than these shoes.With that said below I have 12 things we should all be offended and worried way more by.
1. The alarming number of American adults that will believe anything you tell them as long as you present it right.
2. Sallie Mae is still able to collect on students loans from college graduates who can't find a decent job.
3. America as a country can barely take care of our own however; we have those who want an open door immigration policy.
4. Children creating lives before they have lived their-self is becoming normal.
5. The rising number black males with life sentences before they have lost their virginity or learned to drive.
6. METH !
7. The number of liquor stores in a 1mile radius in inner-city America that will sell to minors.
8. The number of high powered rifles and handguns in the hands of minors inner-city America .
9. RICO LAWS
10.The number of jobs and businesses leaving America everyday
11. The fact that teens are getting high off and abusing way more than Weed and Liquor these days
12. Reality TV shows that teach children that if you act really dumb, disrespectful, and classless you may become a TV star
