Style Feature : International Maverick

1. Who and What has influenced your style over the years?

I like the way pharrell and kanye put outfits together so I will say I definitely pay attention to what they wear...aside from that me traveling to different countries in the past couple years and seeing their fashion has  definitely  influenced my taste. I always try come back home with items that havent reached the states yet or ppl in the states wouldnt rock.

2.What are your Favorite denim brands ?

My favorite denim is levis, it's the only denim that I think fits me the way I want it to....but I do have a few pairs of Paper Denim and Chip and Pepper.

3. Whether it be sneakers, hats,jeans or tees we all have that one or two items we can't get enough of. What's yours?

Sneakers and tees are all I do, I think I own maybe 2 button ups, I like to be comfortable...I used to be a big sneaker collector but I got rid of most of my collection I'm down to like 30 pair  as far as tees I buy a few a week

4. If you had to pick between a pair of JS Adidas and the Jordan 12 Playoff , what would it be and why?

Cmon bro now u know it's the mikes 1.I'm from chicago and 2.the shits are dope in all flavors 3.im from chicago...dont get me wrong those Jeremy Scott joints are dope too but if I had the choice gimmie the 12's.

5. When it comes to hip hop and streetwear Chicago's doing big things .

What are some you favorite brands, boutiques and movements?

I can't say I have favorite brand as of yet but I do like Leaders, Fashion Geek and Phli as for the boutiques Solemates, Succezz and and Sole City

6. Say it were 2001 what would you be wearing.

Tommy Hilfger,Nautica, Dada Supreme, Fubu, Phatfarm

7. Three styles or items  you refuse to rock.

skinnys,fake jewelry,and a mohawk

8. Recently we posted the Jimmy video. What can our readers look forward to  from International Maverick the artist in the near future?

 And thanks again for showin love to my joint, as for the future I have a few more visuals in mind maybe like 6 or 7  for some material I have that I plan on getting out thru out the year.  I'll put out some singles as well but I dont think I won't do a whole project until I create some kind of demand for it. I'm really focused on bringing my art to life right now because I think a dope visual can really bring a song to life. Other than that I'll be rockin shows and trying to expand my brand.
